By using Intergesso’s online store, customers can benefit from our competitive prices and quality which are the principles that define our company.
We charge the same price in both our online store, physical store and showroom.
All the items displayed on our website need confirmation of stock availability.
The established prices, save for spelling mistakes or publication errors, are valid for the day they were announced and tax rate is included.
Prices and specifications are subject to changes without previous notice.
Intergesso’s online store cares about the quality of its products.
However, if the customer is dissatisfied with a product, it is possible to return it within 15 days after the date of purchase.
The exchange/return transportation cost is at the customer’s own expense, and the product should be returned in the same conditions in which it was purchased (including the original packaging).
Upon returning a product, and considering the criteria specified above, Intergesso offers two solutions:
- exchange by another product
- money credit within Intergesso client’s account valid for a year
Big volume purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis, whenever the budget is provided.
Our products are produced by order, under the accorded measures, and following the guidelines of the examples presented.
Privacy and Security Policy
Intergesso collects your personal data for billing purposes, and guarantees your privacy and security while processing and maintaining each customer’s data.
We use the information each customer provides only to present them with the most appropriate service, taking into account their specific characteristics and needs.
Complaints and Suggestions
Understanding and listening to our customers is a top priority for Intergesso, as a means to ensure that the customer is satisfied with our services.
Intergesso is a customer-oriented company, therefore we are permanently dedicated and focused on the ever more demanding and informed customers, by being pioneers and developing innovative solutions and anticipating our customers expectations.
Select “Service Payments”, with an entity and reference, in any Multibanco or through homebanking (only available to clients of Portuguese banks).
If you choose to do a bank transfer, please send us the confirmation to our email email@example.com. Payment by bank transfer is not validated automatically and it requires manual validation.
You must fill in all the requested data (card number and security code on the back). If the payment platform reports that your payment has not been accepted, your order will be suspended until the payment is successful.
After validating your payment, the service will be activated quickly and we will send your access data.
The invoice will be sent after receipt of payment.
Upon receiving the payment notice, the previously sent payment data will become void. The use of previous payment data might not allow for proper identification of the transaction.
A simple payment method using the “MB WAY” app on your cell phone. (Only available to clients of Portuguese banks who have the MB WAY app installed.
