Located next to the São Carlos Theater, the São Carlos building is located in the square with the same name in the Chiado area in Lisbon.

The building, envisioned by Vogue Homes, had its intervention by OpenBook under the vision of Architect Diogo Bleck da Silva, who aimed at the rehabilitation of this historic building while keeping the ground floor for commercial use and the upper floors reserved for high-end apartments.

The architecture firm chose our elements (such as cornices, friezes and ornaments) in order to respond to the uniqueness of the typical pombaline architectural style of Lisbon.
